Before the creation of my own workshop, I had the opportunity to work over 10 years in some of the leading workshops for double bass in Europe. I touched every aspect of double bass repair and restoration as well as bows.
I have done a lot of set-up and sound-ajustement work in both the French and the English tradition, with their own different sound and standards.
Besides hundreds of small repair jobs on study instruments, I have been fortunate enough to restore and study numerous signed instruments from both historic and modern makers.
